Workshops
Ishmael Interactive workshops run the gamut from introduction to immersion in the HCD system. Geared towards the individual contributor or visionary leader, these workshops will move your thinking and doing forward, all while teaching you how to document your work and bring your stakeholders with you along the way.
We offer individual classes in human-centered design generally as well as in the four specific phases of the cycle: Discovery, Design, Delivery, and Measurement. We also offer certifications in human-centered design, including:
- HCD Specialist certification: a recognition that the individual has completed our full concepts and operations training course.
- HCD Practitioner certification: recognition that the individual has completed our full course to the extent that they are able to practice HCD in a systematic way.
- HCD Lead certification: recognition that the individual can lead HCD projects in any organization.
- HCD System™ Teacher certification: recognition that the individual has completed our HCD course as well as a capstone project and can teach the HCD System™.
