  • Are the trainings live or recorded?

    Trainings are conducted with a live instructor.

  • Can I mix and match trainings? 

    Mix and match trainings are supported in our Custom Mix offering. 

  • Who’s going to teach my training? 

    A working design professional with experience in the specific area(s) of your learning will lead your class.

  • Do you offer any discounts?

    Veterans and former or serving civil servants receive a 40% discount on all classes. Get started by emailing us at hello@ishmaelinteractive.com.

  • What if I have to cancel or drop out of the class? Can I get a refund?

    Full refunds are available up 24 hours before the class start time. While refunds are not available after that time, we will provide all the written class materials including reading and viewing lists, diagrams, and slides.

  • I don’t have time to attend a training. Can I do a self-paced option?
